"Why did I build this?"
As a Senior Software Engineer, I’ve built products that served millions of users. But every time I started a new project, I faced the same wall: Global PaaS providers are either too expensive for Indian startups or too complex for a quick launch.
I didn't want a "marketing-first" platform. I wanted a tool where I could push code and see it live in seconds, without worrying about the "Cloud Tax" or hidden egress fees.
So, I bought the hardware, configured the networking, and built the cluster from scratch in my home-lab. Abasthan (meaning "Place" or "Habitat") is that vision realized—a stable, localized home for your applications.
