Acceptable Use Policy

Abasthan is for hosting genuine web applications. The following uses are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive — we may act on any use we consider abusive or harmful.

Prohibited Uses

• No proxy, tunneling, or VPN systems — VLESS/VMess/Trojan/Shadowsocks/SOCKS/HTTP proxies, open relays, or any traffic-forwarding or anonymization service.
• No Tor or anonymity-network apps — Tor relays, exit or bridge nodes, I2P, Freenet, or similar.
• No bot or automated accounts, no disposable or temporary email for registration, and no fake or fraudulent identities.
• No abuse of the platform — resource abuse, crypto mining, circumventing limits, security, or billing, mass account creation, or evading a suspension.
• No illegal activity of any kind, or anything violating applicable law.
• No financial-advice or trading apps — unlicensed financial services, trading/forex/binary-options/crypto bots or signals, or investment, Ponzi, pyramid, or MLM schemes.
• No gambling — betting, casino, lottery, or slots.
• No pornography or adult content.
• No malware or attack tooling — viruses, ransomware, botnets, C2 servers, phishing, spoofing, DDoS, scanning or attacking third parties, credential stuffing, brute-force, or carding.
• No spam — bulk unsolicited email/SMS or spamvertised sites.
• No piracy or IP infringement — pirated software, media, streaming, or counterfeit goods.
• No illegal goods — drugs, weapons, or controlled/unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
• Zero tolerance for CSAM — reported to authorities and law enforcement immediately.
• No hate speech, violent extremism, harassment, doxxing, or threats.
• No fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes, and no unlawful collection or distribution of others' personal data.
• No unauthorized resale of the service.

Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to throttle, suspend, permanently ban, or delete any user, account, or application — and its associated data — that we find or reasonably suspect to be engaged in any prohibited use, with no refund. We may decline or discontinue service to any customer we consider abusive. We use automated abuse-detection (email and IP reputation and banlists, network-egress monitoring, and resource and crash patterns); accounts using disposable email providers or matching a banlist may be auto-suspended. Where we reasonably suspect an application is attacking or tampering with our systems, other customers, or third parties, we may inspect its container, logs, and traffic, preserve evidence, pursue legal action, and disclose information to law enforcement.
