Privacy &
Data Security.
We respect your privacy as a developer. This policy explains what information we collect, how we protect our infrastructure, and your rights regarding your data.
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
We Don't Sell Data
Your personal and project information is yours. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
Total Deletion
You have the "Right to be Forgotten." Contact us, and we will purge all your personal data from our systems.
Secure by Design
We use firewalls and secure cluster isolation to protect the metadata generated by your hosting environment.
1. Information Collection
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, and payment details) and information generated automatically, such as IP addresses and system logs required for website functionality and security analytics.
Data Usage & Sharing
Customer Confidentiality
We treat every customer's account, code, data, and traffic as confidential. We do not sell your data, and we do not access the contents of your application in the ordinary course of operating the platform.
Exception: Abuse Investigation
Confidentiality does not shield abuse. If we find or reasonably suspect an application is engaged in prohibited use — including attempting to attack, tamper with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our internal systems, other customers, or third parties — we reserve the right to inspect the application, its container, logs, and network traffic, suspend or terminate it, preserve evidence, and pursue legal action and/or report to law enforcement. Automated abuse-detection (banlists, egress and DNS monitoring, and resource patterns) may flag accounts for review.
Service Improvement
We use your data to manage your hosting account, provide technical support, and ensure the integrity of our infrastructure.
Third-Party Content
As a hosting provider, we host websites owned by others. We do not control their privacy practices. Always check the policy of the specific site you visit.
Legal Compliance
We may disclose information to Indian legal authorities if required by law or in response to valid legal requests to protect our cluster's security.
Standard Providers
We share data with industry-standard providers (like payment processors) only as necessary to provide our services.
2. Responsibility & Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. While we take every precaution to secure our bare-metal infrastructure, website owners are responsible for the security of the individual applications they deploy.
Abasthan is not liable for security incidents beyond our reasonable control, such as third-party cyber attacks on user-hosted content.
Privacy Concerns?
We are committed to data transparency. If you want to request data deletion or have a question about how we handle your logs, get in touch.
